1. Membership
Dead Man's Clique membership is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at AED 200 per month, billed via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal at /account/billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current period.
3. Code of conduct
- Treat coaches and other members with respect.
- Don't share your member QR code or member card with non-members.
- Honour booked sessions — repeatedly cancelling late or no-showing affects everyone's ability to train.
- Follow venue rules at every location.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership for serious or repeated breaches, with or without refund at our discretion.
4. Health and waiver
Training carries inherent risk of injury. By signing the waiver in your profile and attending sessions, you acknowledge that risk and confirm you are physically fit to participate. Disclose any relevant medical conditions to the coaching staff.
5. Mischief submissions
When you submit content via /account/submissions, you grant Dead Man's Clique a non-exclusive licence to publish, edit, and distribute that content as part of the Mischief feed. We review each submission before publishing. Submissions deemed inappropriate may be rejected without explanation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dead Man's Clique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at sessions. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for membership during that period.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Emirate where the relevant Dead Man's Clique location is registered.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
